SUPPLIER COLLABORATION

Our continually growing focus on our customers' expectations is a key point for Dunlop Hiflex and all companies within the Alfagomma Group. This means that we work efficiently and produce goods and services of high quality. The primary goal for all companies in the group is to create value through:

• Resource development and improvements
• Continuous improvement of quality and the social and environmental impact of processes and products

To achieve these goals, we have the following expectations for our supply chain:

• The supplier should be certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001 or otherwise be able to demonstrate that they have an effective system for quality and the environment. If a quality system is lacking, the supplier should work with Dunlop Hiflex to develop a plan for certification.
• Dunlop Hiflex expects the supplier to share our view on social and ethical aspects in accordance with our ethics policy. We also expect suppliers to support and share the goals set in the OECD Guidelines for Due Diligence in Responsible Business Conduct and the ten principles of the UN Global Compact.
