CODE OF CONDUCT
The complexity of the markets in which Dunlop Hiflex and Alfagomma operate, the challenges of sustainable development, and the expectations of our stakeholders highlight the importance of defining the values and responsibilities we hold within the Alfagomma Group. For this reason, we have developed the "Alfagomma Code of Ethics," which applies to all our operations.
WHAT IS THE WHISTLEBLOWER SERVICE AND WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?
At Dunlop Hiflex, we are committed to maintaining a healthy business culture and combating corruption and other irregularities. To support this initiative and promote key values such as openness and transparency, we have introduced a whistleblower system provided by KPMG.
The whistleblower service is an internal reporting channel designed to facilitate the reporting of misconduct and irregularities within Dunlop Hiflex Scandinavia. It provides our employees and other stakeholders the opportunity to report situations that violate laws, regulations, or our internal guidelines.
